My Approach
It all begins with a thought. A thought of change and a new beginning. A thought of living differently. I welcome my clients with open, unbiased, nonjudgmental arms. If you want change in your life, you have to work for it. I assist you in taking the next step at maybe getting a different perspective on a situation, gaining knowledge or skills to help battle addictions, trauma, depression or anxiety, or maybe it’s to help you acquire communication skills to help better your marriage. We have the power to change our life with thoughts and behaviors.
My role is to work collaboratively with you in order for you to make the changes necessary to achieve your goals.
